oh ya, i'm getting a new department manager next week. my current manager, roger, apparently just wasn't cutting it. most people say he's a pretty bad manager, cuz he's never around on the floor and always 'hiding' in the back. i'm kinda worried though, i never had any trouble with him, plus he seemed pretty flexible with hours and school. plus do you really want your manager always around? what troubles me the most is that i really have no 'experience' in hardware compared to the other guys, the only thing that i've got going for me is the fact that everyone hates this one guy who just has slightly more 'experience' than me (he got fired from a tool repair place, but he's pretty stupid) and most people seem to enjoy working with me. but no one really expects this guy to come in a fire anyone or anything like that, so i'm just worrying for nothing.
